Give The Glory - Sermon I

The Final Battle - Part 1:

God's prophesies and the fulfillment of many of them to date are no secret. The details were written in God's Word centuries ago and are also posted in major media sources in modern times to an exactness. In 1948 Israel became a nation, and in the '1967 Six-Day War,' Jerusalem was re-united. Scripture tells us that Jerusalem needed to be re-united first, and then the city will be surrounded by vast armies wanting to destroy it. Currently, Israel's bodyguard, the United States, and also Russia, Iran, and Iraq, are in Syria with ground and or air force bases, for what is mostly viewed as a proxy war. The governments involved and most of the world's population are unaware of why these forces are suddenly and ultimately on the doorstep of Israel.

The sermon redundantly teaches why someone should not wait to accept Jesus as their Savior, and to study along with apply 'wisdom in the spirit' to their lives. This message teaches a viewer that it is the 'Sword of the Spirit,' which is the Word of God, that can defeat the evil in our lives now and will also defeat evil in Revelation 19 The speaker, James, shares a personal testimony pertaining to the power of God's Word. James' body was severely atrophied from a fourth heart condition, he had given up, having no more strength, and was near death. Evil spirits were also attacking and trying to kill him and were close to it. The Spirit of God drove James to perpetually meditate on the Word night and day. James read 65 of 66 books in 47 days of reading, in reflection to the sins mentioned in the Bible, accountable if he was guilty of the same sins. The reading of God's Word and the power along with the truth in it chased the evil spirits, built up his strength, healed James, and saved his life. James knew more than ever that the Word of God and the Spirit of God are one in the same, and a healer.

The Minister finalizes the sermon's messages by describing why our lives and situations at any given moment are no joke, and that the final battle is right now. He explains how he has learned the hard way in life that delaying surrendering one's life to Jesus has immediate dire consequences. ..."Either we are in the arms of the love and protection of Jesus, or we are in the grasp of the devil helping him destroy ourselves. Either we are standing with Jesus staring down the devil, or we are standing with the devil staring back at Jesus; there is no middle ground. The final battle is now!" This powerful heartfelt message ends with a prayer of surrender and salvation calling upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Mark 14:62 And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
